The following changes in requirements are being proposed:
1. Addition and Revision of Glossary Terms
2. Addition of a requirement for Insulated Multi-Pole Splicing Wire Connectors
3. Revision to include continuous plug-in busway as an acceptable power distribution method
4. A revision to the requirement for supplying caps for an unused connector opening
5. Addition of a performance test requirement to address ground path traces on a Printed-Wiring Board
6. Revision to remove the requirement for ground screws that are not easily removed
7. Addition of requirements to address the bonding of components and assemblies of Manufactured Wiring Systems
8. Revision of the requirements addressing tap conductors feeding convenience receptacles
9. Clarification of connector types
10. Clarification of the current loading requirements of conductors used in a manufactured wiring system assembly
11. Revision to the reference to UL 1598 for manufactured wiring systems for use in air handling spaces
12. Revision to clarify the Dielectric Voltage Withstand Test method
13. Revision of Marking Requirements
14. Exception to contrasting color requirement for markings
15. Addition of requirements for Patient Care Areas
