The following changes in requirements are being proposed:
1. Proposal to delete a body strap ski vest construction requirement which specifies that one encircling body strap shall be located beneath the rib cage
2. Proposal to delete average turning time requirements to become consistent to the adult devices
3. Proposal to revise the excess body strap requirements
4. Proposal to redefine reference work vest
5. Proposal to redefine ride-up
6. Proposal to revise Supplement SG: Type V Rescuer's Harness PFD
7. Proposal to Clarify Construction verses Performance Requirements for Chest Sizes for Youth Devices
