The following changes in requirements are being proposed:
1. Revisions to the requirements for power supplies used by travelers
2. Update to the reference for input blade requirements
3. Clarification of the permissable power supply cords
4. Backfeed protection integral to the intended battery load
5. Revision to specify acceptable means for grounding and bonding conductors to an enclosure
6. Full-Load Output Current Test for battery charger marked for use with specific battery
7. Ceiling receptacles and direct plug-in units
8. Floor for drop impact test
9. Measured input current when temperatures stabilize
10. Clarification of battery charger caution marking
