The following changes in requirements are being proposed:
1. Revision of 8.5.8 to reflect current practice.
2. Revision to the Scope changing the 600 V limit to 1000 V
3. Correction of Order of the Environmental Conditionings for Insulation System Aging
4. Revision of 5.2.4 - One Temperature Aging of a Magnet Wire
