The following changes in requirements are being proposed:
1. Publication of a New Edition of Standard UL 1773 and the following revisions to the standard: a) Addition of Requirement for Location of Grounding Electrode Termination and b) Addition of Requirement that Bonding Screws are Inserted into a Part Provided with at Least Two Full Threads
