The following changes in requirements are being proposed:
Proposed changes to the proposal bulletin dated December 1, 2006. The comment resolution matrix contains the comments received on the December 1, 2006 proposal bulletin (reballot) and the responses to those comments. Revisions to proposed requirements based upon these comments are included in the draft of the standard.
