The following changes in requirements are being proposed:
1. Proposed revisions to align with IEC Amendment No. 1 for IEC 60745-2-12
2. Addition of a national difference to Clause 24.4 to require hard service type SOW, STW, or equivalent cord that is oil and weather resistant
