This is the First Issue of the Outline of Investigation for Power-Operated Dispensing Devices for Gasoline/Ethanol Blends with Ethanol Content Greater Than 15 Percent, Subject 87A. These requirements apply to power operated dispensing devices for use with motor fuels defined as gasoline/ethanol blends with ethanol content greater than 15 percent by volume.
