This Second issue of the Outline of Investigation for Power-Operated Dispensing Devices for Gasoline/Ethanol Blends with Ethanol Content Greater Than 15 Percent, Subject 87A, is being issued with the following changes: a) Addition of requirements for vapor recovery products; b) Clarification of requirements for nonmetallic seal materials other than elasomers; c) Addition of requirements for submersible transfer pumps; and d) Correction of measurement values for sulphuric acid and glacial acetic acid in Table SA.1.
