This Third issue of the Outline Subject 87A contains the following changes: (a) Title of Outline was changed to Power-Operated Dispensing Devices for Gasoline/Ethanol Blends Other Than Gasohol (E10); (b) Requirements for lead content in Materials, Section 5, were relaxed; and (c) Performance requirements were revised.
