This is the Second Issue of the Outline of Investigation for Underground Low-Energy Circuit Cable. This new issue includes expanded voltage ratings, minimum sunlight resistance requirements, clarified conductor requirements, and revised marking requirements. This issue becomes effective June 20, 2011. See the previous issue for current requirements until the effective date is met.
