This is the Second Issue of Subject 2024A, Outline of Investigation for Optical Fiber and Communication Cable Routing Assemblies, covering routing assemblies for use in telecommunication installations with nonconductive optical fiber cable and communications cable. The title of this outline has been revised to correlate with the title of the third edition of UL 2024, the Standard for Optical Fiber and Communication Cable Raceway. NEC references have been updated and markings revised to include OFC, OFCG, OFCP, OFCR, OFNG, and OFNR, type designations. The product markings in paragraphs 11.2.1 and 11.3.1 have also been revised.
