This is the Second Issue of the Outline of Investigation for Flexible Motor Supply Cable and Wind Turbine Tray Cable. This new issue includes revised requirements for wind turbine tray cable to (1) increase the dry temperature rating to 200°C and (2) permit the marking "WTTC". Flexible motor supply cable is intended for use with variable frequency drives subjected to non-linear power distortions. Wind turbine power and control tray cable is intended to be installed in cable trays or raceways within a wind turbine generator.
