This revision to ANSI/UL 8 is issued to extend the effective date for Clauses 1.2, 27.1, and 31.1.
As noted in the Commitment for Amendments statement located on the back side of the title page, UL and ULC are committed to updating this bi-national standard jointly. However, the revision pages dated September 14, 2007 will not be jointly issued by UL and ULC as these revision pages address only UL effective dates.
