This revision of ANSI/UL 60079-18, the Standard for Safety for Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Gas Atmospheres - Part 18: Construction, Test and Marking of Type of Protection Encapsulation "m" Electrical Apparatus, includes the Removal of the US National Differences that restrict the marking of all equipment to type of protection "m".
