Revisions dated June 12, 2009 were issued to reflect the latest approval date as an American National Standard and to incorporate the proposed revisions dated February 20, 2009, which include the following:
• New and revised requirements based on Edition 5.2 of IEC 60335-2-3.
• Correction of the number of samples for the Mechanical Strength Test.
• Modification of UL 60335-2-3, Clause 30 to allow for material rated HB.
• Editorial revision to update references to figure 1DV of the UL part 1 to 12DV.
